A tactical battlefield communications professional based in Virginia Beach, Michael Henry has served as the chief executive officer of Industrial Communications Group (ICG), LLC, since 2018. He oversees personnel management, systems and data integration, and forming short- and long-term business strategies. Between 2007 and 2023, Michael Henry served as the Department of Defense (DOD) technical director at the DOD complex in Suffolk, Virginia.

During his time with the department, Michael Henry led numerous global communications projects, many of which supported United States Special Operations Command integration initiatives. He spent nearly three decades as a communications officer in the US Army, earning numerous awards, including multiple combat decorations, a Defense Superior Service Medal, and a Defense Meritorious Service Medal. He has further experience in the oil and gas and private 4G/5G sectors.

Michael Henry earned a master of business administration from Embry Riddle University. He completed his undergraduate studies in economics at the University of California, Davis.
